Shipping & Return Policies
Every item purchased online is shipped via USPS. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Processing time for each order may vary between 24-48 hours after the order is placed and average delivery time is 5-6 business days.
Pick Up Option
A pick-up option is available. All items must be picked up within 5 business days of the fulfillment notification at the following location:

Return shipping will be paid by the customer, we do not offer free returns.
There is not a restocking fee for returned items.
We will only offer store credit for returned items.
We are a small business and cannot issue refunds to the initial method of payment. We are happy to help with style or sizing questions before a purchase! Just email Lacey at firstname.lastname@example.org with your questions!
15 Days to Return
Merchandise must be returned to Calla Lily Mercantile within 15 days of the delivery date.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with tags on.
Ineligible items for return include any Sale or Final Sale items.
If any item is returned that is Ineligible it will be sent back to you.
How Do I Receive My Store Credit
Once your return is received and processed, an email will be sent with an E-Gift Card that never expires. Please allow 4-6 days after the return is received for the store credit email to be delivered.
